Modern Wedding Photography, Gloucestershire

When Claire and Jon described their wedding to me it sounded like a festival!  Live Music, guests camping on site, garden games, a Moroccan feast in the evening…. it sounded great and I’m pleased to say it lived up to the hype despite the weather letting them down!  Starting the day at a church in the pretty village of Frampton-on-Severn, Claire and Jon got married whilst I was able to capture the little looks they gave each other throughout the ceremony.  With support from their multitude of bridesmaids, maids of honour, ushers and best men the day ran pretty smoothly and they enjoyed fine weather for the majority of it until the heavens opened and just didn’t stop.  The atmosphere in the marquee was still great though, and the speeches were very entertaining…. let’s just say Jon is a modern man and in touch with his emotions 🙂  The first dance was unlike anything I’ve ever seen before –  a beautifully choreographed set of interesting moves that had guests laughing all the way through as Claire performed it with grace and elegance and Jon with a cocktail umbrella behind his ear for decoration.  Claire and Jon, many congratulations to you both, may you dance through life with smiles on your faces together forever.

Below are some of my favourites from the day but friends and family of Claire & Jon are invited to view the full gallery of images here.
