Creative Wedding & Portrait Photographer | Wiltshire & Somerset

I have studied Fine Art at both Degree and Masters levels and have lectured on this subject in schools and colleges. My knowledge of composition, light, colour and tone is thorough and I therefore approach photography in a different way to most commercial photographers. I look for unusual viewpoints and aim to capture fleeting moments. As I shoot digital rather than film, editing is very much part of my process and I use Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom for this.

I specialise in portraiture, taking photographs of people of all ages and I prefer to use natural light and shoot out and about on location rather than in a studio environment. I create a calm and friendly atmosphere to help clients feel relaxed infront of the camera. I mainly cover the southwest area as I live near Bath but I am happy to travel further afield if needed.

In my spare time I contribute to a great photography website called The Photography Parlour where I get to interview some of the top photographers in the UK and abroad!

Before photographing people and weddings I was an artist creating drawings, large scale sculptures and installations. You can see this work on the Axis database (its in my maiden name of Kristy Campbell)
