The Old Council House in Bristol (also known as Bristol Registry Office) is a wonderful, grade II listed, neo-classical building with a choice of three rooms for marriage ceremonies.  It features a large sweeping staircase, marble floors and even a glass dome ceiling in one of the rooms.
