Creative Bristol Wedding Photography

Nicci and Danny’s wedding was one I was really looking forward to.  They are such a nice couple and together planned a really relaxed wedding – no best man, no bridesmaids, just family at the ceremony, a lovely boat ride and then a big party in the evening for all their friends.  They were really keen to have fine art based wedding photography which gave me license to ‘up the arty’ and really experiment with my shots, needless to say it paid off and we are all very pleased with the results.  Nicci has such an infectious laugh, you know the type… a throw your head back and really laugh out loud kind of laugh (see examples of this below) and it was lovely to witness this many times throughout the day as well as Danny’s reaction to it – it seems to draw him in mesmerized, the connection between these two is very strong.  So after a short ceremony at Bristol Registry Office we walked to the harbourside and enjoyed a fun boat ride in the sunshine to their reception venue Beeses Bar & Tea Gardens (possibly Bristol’s best kept secret, look it up!)  Nicci and Danny have a passion for music so it came as no surprise to me that they booked The Moonloungers, certainly one of the best wedding bands in this area – trust me, I get to hear quite a few.  There were some full on shapes being thrown on the dance floor and everybody seemed to be having such fun.   What an enjoyable day.  Nicci and Danny, I have every faith that your marriage will be a long and happy one.
